Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup of parsley
- zest of one lemon
- 1/2 cup of hemp heart
- 1 tub of feta cheese
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sweetener such as honey
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Mix all salad ingredients together.
- Mix dressing ingredients separately and add to the salad.
