Tsvetayevsky Apple Pie

Need to get rid of apples? Just bake this great pie.

Ingredients

Dough

• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup butter, room temperature
• 3/4 tsp baking soda bubbled with vinegar

Cream filling

• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 tbsp flour

Filling

• About 5 apples

Directions

1. Mix all dough ingredients.
2. Create a pie border in a round tin 9 to 11 inches in diameter.
3. Clean and thinly slice the apples, add them to the tin.
4. Mix all cream ingredients, pour over apples.
5. Bake 355 F, 50 minutes.
