Ingredients
Dough
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 tsp baking soda bubbled with vinegar
Cream filling
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
Filling
- About 5 apples
Directions
- Mix all dough ingredients.
- Create a pie border in a round tin 9 to 11 inches in diameter.
- Clean and thinly slice the apples, add them to the tin.
- Mix all cream ingredients, pour over apples.
- Bake 355 F, 50 minutes.
