Double the filling, 1.5x the crust for a 9x13 pan.
Ingredients
Filling:
- 2 tbsp (heaping) sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 baked sweet potato (foil the potato and bake for 1 hr 200C)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Crust:

Directions
- Mix sour cream, sugar, egg, honey, skinned and smushed potato, salt, cinnamon.
- Pour mixture into a crust (add crust recipe…), bake 1 hour 355F.
