Ingredients
Potato vehicles:
- 2 potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups potato starch
- 150 ml of water
Sauce:
- 14g garlic
- 32g (4 tbsp) soy sauce
- 3g (1 tsp) sugar
- 4g (1 tsp) chili powder
- 9g (1 tbsp) chopped green onion
- 24g (3 tbsp) oil
Directions
- Cook potatoes, mash, mix with the starch and slowly add water until not sticky and smooth and soft.
- Shape the dough into mushroom shapes (make small balls and make an indent with a bottle neck).
- Boil the shapes for 2-3 min or until they rise and puff, and rinse with cold water.
- Put potato vehicles into a dish and add all sauce ingredients and pour heated oil on top in the end. Mix to evenly coat each potato vehicle.
