Easy salad if you have bean sprouts. Omit the soy sauce and gochugaru for a mild version.

Ingredients
- Bean sprouts, as much as you can eat. Adjust other ingredients if there’s not enough.
- Scallions
- Garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (for spicy version)
- 1-2 tsp gochugaru (for spicy version)
Directions
- Boil the sprouts for 3 minutes and shock them with cold water.
- Add chopped scallion, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
- For spicy version, add soy sauce and gochugaru.
- Mix and serve!
