Soy Bean Banchan

Easy salad if you have bean sprouts. Omit the soy sauce and gochugaru for a mild version.

Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts for 3 minutes and shock them with cold water.
  2. Add chopped scallion, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
  3. For spicy version, add soy sauce and gochugaru.
  4. Mix and serve!
