Easy option to get rid of beef.

Ingredients
- Beef chunk (probably 2 to 3 cups in volume when cut)
- 3+ tbsp sour cream
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- About 1 cup of water
Directions
- Cut beef into thin strips.
- On a high heat, pan fry the beef until water is gone. Beef should have a nice crust.
- Cut the onion, add to the beef, fry for a little bit. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add water, lower the heat to low, close the lid and fry for 40 min to an hour.
- In the end add sour cream and leave for 5 minutes to let everything get warm again.
