Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup (200 ml) water
Filling:
- minced meat (half a package maybe?)
- onion (1/3 of the meat volume)
- salt to taste
Directions
Dough:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let rest 1 hour.
Filling:
- Finely chop onions, mix all ingredients.
Cooking:
- Assemble the dumplings in any shape desired.
- Keep in the freezer.
- When you want to cook them: boil a pot of water, add salt, add dumplings, cook on medium-high 10 min.
- To serve, in a bowl add dumplings, broth, sour cream, butter and pepper.
