My favorite cake!

Ingredients
Batter:
- 1 cup (250g) of flour
- 1 cup (200g) of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (200g) of sour cream
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
Cream:
- 1 cup (200g) of sugar (or 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk)
- 3 cups (600g) of sour cream
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar (optional, can be omitted or replaced with a splash of vanilla extract)
Ganache:
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 1/4 cup (50g) of butter
- 4 tbsp milk
Directions
Batter:
- Beat together eggs and sugar, add sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, baking soda and flour. Mix together.
- 1/3 of the batter bake in a round 9" tin (foundation of the cake), the rest bake on a sheet. 350F for 20-30 minutes. Chill them.
Cream:
- Mix sugar and sour cream, wait until sugar melts into sour cream.
Ganache:
- All ganache ingredients heat up in a pan until bubbling. Cool.
Assembly:
- Put cake foundation on the plate, add cream.
- Crumble the sheet cake into large chunks. Pile on the foundation.
- Pour cream over the pile.
- Drizzle ganache over the pile.
- Cool the cake in the fridge overnight.
