Pancho Cake

My favorite cake!

Batter:

Cream:

Ganache:

Directions

Batter:

  1. Beat together eggs and sugar, add sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, baking soda and flour. Mix together.
  2. 1/3 of the batter bake in a round 9" tin (foundation of the cake), the rest bake on a sheet. 350F for 20-30 minutes. Chill them.

Cream:

  1. Mix sugar and sour cream, wait until sugar melts into sour cream.

Ganache:

  1. All ganache ingredients heat up in a pan until bubbling. Cool.

Assembly:

  1. Put cake foundation on the plate, add cream.
  2. Crumble the sheet cake into large chunks. Pile on the foundation.
  3. Pour cream over the pile.
  4. Drizzle ganache over the pile.
  5. Cool the cake in the fridge overnight.
