Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 25g of melted butter (about 2 tbsp)
Directions
- Mix milk and oats.
- Mix in all other ingredients, just enough to combine.
- Pre-heat and grease the pan.
- Fry pancakes on one side until bubbles form and burst in the middle. Second side is cooked when center springs back.
- Layer with butter and serve with syrup of choice.
