Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 150 ml oil
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp of acid like lemon juice or vinegar
• optional spices as wanted

Directions

1. Mix mustard, acid, salt, sugar.
2. Add oil, egg.
3. With a submersion blender, break up the egg and emulsify.
