  1. Preheat oven 350F.
  2. Mix flour, salt, baking powder.
  3. Separately beat butter and add sugar and zest and juice of lemons.
  4. Add eggs and mix well.
  5. Mix drys and wets, add milk. Don’t overmix.
  6. Bake 350F for 1 hr to 1 hr and 10 min, use the loaf pan.
  7. Mix glaze together and pour on top of the loaf.
