  1. Cube all vegetables, add to a pot.
  2. Cube tofu as well and add to the pot. Add tap water to cover.
  3. While the pot is warming up, prepare the spicy mix separately: mix together doejang, gochujang, sesame oil and hot water.
  4. Once the pot is brought to a boil, lower the heat and add the spicy mix.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
  6. Add enoki mushrooms 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
  7. Add green onion to garnish at the end.
