Fudgy Brownies

Best brownies you’ll ever make. Just make sure they don’t dry out.

  1. Melt butter and mix it with coffee, vanilla, and both sugars. Whisk until combined.
  2. Add in the eggs.
  3. Add flour mixed with cocoa powder and salt. Whisk together and switch to folding because the batter will be thick.
  4. Add chocolate chips and nuts at this stage. The whole step is optional but I won’t recommend leaving out chocolate chips.
  5. Line pan with parchment paper.
  6. Spread batter in the pan, can top with more chocolate chips.
  7. Bake 350 F for 30 minutes or until the skewer comes out fairly clean. Brownie should be glossy on the top and fudgy in the middle.
  8. Cool down and serve or be a heathen and consume hot brownie with milk.
