Ingredients
- A bag of green beans. (500g)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 5 to 6 cloves of garlic
Directions
- Clean and cut up the beans into inch length pieces, make sure to remove ends. This part is tedious.
- Heat up olive oil in a pan.
- Add the beans to the pan and fry for 5 min on high heat.
- Lower the heat to low and leave the beans to fry for 25 min, stirring occasionally.
- In the end, add minced garlic, mix, let it stay on low heat for additional 5 min.
