Another easy spicy Korean salad!

Ingredients
- Cucumbers, as much as you can eat. Adjust other ingredients accordingly (by heart).
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 1 tbsp chopped scallion
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Cut cucumbers into thin, round slices.
- Toss with 1 tsp salt and set aside for 15 minutes for liquid to drain.
- Drain liquid. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix and serve!
Cucumber salad will get better the longer it stands in the fridge.
