Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp milk
Directions
- Separate yolks from whites.
- In one bowl, mix together yolks, salt and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, beat whites while gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks reached.
- Add yolk mixture to whites, mix carefully.
- Carefully fold in flour with a spoon or a spatula.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil and 3 tbsp of egg mixture.
- Mix everything together carefully.
- Line 9x13 form with parchment paper and bake 340F for 40 min.
