  1. Separate yolks from whites.
  2. In one bowl, mix together yolks, salt and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat whites while gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks reached.
  4. Add yolk mixture to whites, mix carefully.
  5. Carefully fold in flour with a spoon or a spatula.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil and 3 tbsp of egg mixture.
  7. Mix everything together carefully.
  8. Line 9x13 form with parchment paper and bake 340F for 40 min.
