Crust:

  1. Mix crumbs and sugar. Add butter. Mixture should be sand-like.
  2. In a 9" round tin, form a bottom and barriers with the mixture. Sides should not be too tall.
  3. Bake 350F, 15 min.

Filling:

  1. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, lemon juice, mix until smooth again.
  3. Add eggs one by one.
  4. Mix in sour cream.
  5. Pour filling into the crust, bake 350F 15 min, then 300F 1 hour.
  6. Turn off oven, let cake sit for 1 hour in the oven.
  7. Take cake out and cool for another hour on the countertop.
  8. Transfer cake to the fridge and cool for 6 hours.
