Ingredients
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup of lime juice (about 8 limes)
- Maria cookies, 2-3 sleeves
- Lime zest for garnish
Directions
- Mix together both milks and lime juice.
- In a 9x13 or a round 9 inch dish layer the mixture with Maria cookies until you run out of mixture.
- Garnish with lime zest, optional.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
