Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Separately mix buttermilk, milk, egg and butter.
  3. Mix wets and drys, stir just enough to combine (the batter will be lumpy). Let sit 10 min.
  4. Heat pan on medium, water drops should sizzle on the pan when it’s ready to go.
  5. Add a little oil or butter to the pan, then per each pancake put 3 tbsp of batter.
  6. Fry 2 to 2 1/2 min on one side until edges are dry and bubbles form on top, then 1 to 1 1/2 min on the flip side until golden brown.
