Buckwheat

The godly buckwheat.

Ingredients

Use a pot that retains heat.

Directions

  1. Wash buckwheat, make sure to remove any black bits from it. Add it to the pot.
  2. Add water and salt to the pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, lower the heat so the pot gently simmers.
  4. Keep an eye on the pot and remove any floating weirdness, don’t mix the pot.
  5. After about 20 minutes check for water on the bottom. If there is no water, turn the heat off.
  6. Add a piece of butter to the pot and cover. Let it stay for 5 minutes. Serve.

Note: don’t leave buckwheat to dry out on the dishes.
