The godly buckwheat.

Ingredients
Use a pot that retains heat.
- 1/2 cup buckwheat
- 1 1/2 cup water
- salt
- a piece of butter
Directions
- Wash buckwheat, make sure to remove any black bits from it. Add it to the pot.
- Add water and salt to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat so the pot gently simmers.
- Keep an eye on the pot and remove any floating weirdness, don’t mix the pot.
- After about 20 minutes check for water on the bottom. If there is no water, turn the heat off.
- Add a piece of butter to the pot and cover. Let it stay for 5 minutes. Serve.
Note: don’t leave buckwheat to dry out on the dishes.
